As part of refinancing my loan through NFM, I have to pay monthly into an escrow account that is set up to pay my flood insurance. NFM is supposed to pay the flood policy from my escrow.. In the past, I've paid my entire flood insurance policy in one lump when it is due on 7/6 every year. Today, 7/12, I got a call from my insurance agent telling me my flood policy has lapsed for non payment.
