We were very happy with the level of communication and explanation of the process from beginning to close. The fact that both my wife and I are self employed added some expected complications with underwriting, but the team took it on and worked with us to get everything together and kept us in the loop the whole way through. This is the 5th real estate closing I have been apart of and it was by far the most professional and easiest one of all.

Mario was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the loan process. We were first-time buyers and had lots of questions. He was always available to answer our questions and never made us feel bad or silly for asking. He made sure that we closed on time, even though the final calculations came down to the wire. I would definitely recommend Mario to anyone looking to buy a home.
Ron g communicated throughly during the loan process. The wire was at the title Company when I got to the settlement table, closing was done within 30-45 minutes.
