The NFM team we worked with, (Jessica U*****'s group) was awesome. They really know their stuff, helped us understand everything we needed, coached on how to achieve our goals, and got us a great outcome. We're very happy with the whole experience and would love to work with them again on our next house. Definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable team, friendly and professional. They made my refi simple, and easy to understand, and made sure it all went through in a timely manner.
Nfm lending has made the home buying process a complete nightmare that completely took the joy out of the experience. Besides them being unprofessional and unorganized I'm left wondering if a certain demographic of people receive a different level of attention and service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This business is criminally negligent. They lost my financial documents repeatedly after months of submitting a resubmitting they still hadn't made any progress on my loan. I called corporate and left a message. I never heard back from them but they obviously called my broker because he started calling immediately. He didn't accomplish anything but he did call. Their incompetence cost me thousands.
