I absolutely love Nexus Sawgrass! The community is so Welcoming and the Customer Service is Phenomonal! They are Always thinking of Creative ways to bring the residents together to show their Appreciation! What tops the cake is when they appointed me as the Community's Personal Trainer and Health Educator! I couldn't ask for more! If you're looking for 5-star Service and State of the Art features, Nexus Sawgrass is the obvious choice!

Best place to live
Had a few issues at move in and move out but the time in between was nice. They rented out my garage twice so I was forced to take a garage unit further away from living unit. I was promised a break in the garage rental to compensate for the inconvenience but I never saw it. The gatherings and food trucks were excellent ideas and really fun. Then when it was time to move out, I was mysteriously overcharged for my final months rent which just happened to cover all of the cleaning, carpet cleaning and painting charges that wer... read more
