NEXUS SAWGRASS, A great place to live Pros: - Looks like a resort - The staff is awesome, always smiling and ready to help - Great gym and pool area (super clean) - Peaceful Cons: - Dirty buildings. Not happy at all with the mess and trash leftovers all over the stairs. Recommendation: I believe the buildings should be cleaned and washed at least twice a week

Amazing pool great outdoor seating no problem with neighbors and the scenery is breathtaking. Best sunset in town.
I love this neighborhood. The staff is very involved and friendly. I see some complaints about things on other reviews, but they are mostly things that will happen at any apartment complex. Any issues I've ever had were immediately taken care of. The only thing I would like to see happen is parking passes, as it gets hard to find parking from time to time.
The people that live here are nasty. They leave garbage everywhere. Parking is terrible. People park on the side , which, my car was hit in the back. This is suppose to be a free smoking property, well, people smoke more than cigarettes in this property. A lot of low class people. Not very happy here.
