It was a very nice apartment. Too much money for such a little space. I loved it here, but wish they didn’t go up on the rent. I also hated that I could hear the neighbors next door. Nikki in the front office is great and so are the other guys. Overall, the customer service, and staff are awesome. But, it’s not worth the price they charge or go up on.
Location of the apartment complex is brilliant, that is about the only thing good it has going for it. The noise you can hear from the other apartments is awful, I can literally hear everything the people do upstairs (walking, going to the bathroom, etc). Don't get us started on the cost of water for this complex... It amazes me that our bill is $100 a month for 2 people who are barely home. Brought this up with management, to no avail. I loved Nexus when I first moved in. The buildings and apartments are really nice and the location is convenient. But I have to be honest and say that changed very quickly over the last few months. The residents at this "high-style" complex are pigs and thieves and Nexus doesn't do a single thing about it. I'm in the mid-rise, on the top floor and I'm constantly finding garbage and pet feces both inside, in the stairwells and just tossed around random places outside. New Management is useless and rude. Not enough parking spaces for all residents. Water bills are crazy high.
-1 stars no parking at all. Hallways always dirty, new management the worst in 5 years living here.

Amenities are less available through time, there are no more appreciation activities for residents, 2 out of 4 grills working on 4th of July 2017.
Great place to live in South Florida� Pros: Good place for family with kids, nice pool, gym, kids park. Nice apartment size, really comfortable. Quiet but nice, good amenities, pet friendly. Friendly staff they are always there to help. Most of the Neighbors are really friendly.
