I think this was my 33rd vehicle purchase and my best buying experience. I had been looking at Nissan Leafs for over a year. Two weeks ago I found one at a boutique dealership called Nexus. I setup an appointment with the owner Ossamah. His knowledge, enthusiasm and total commitment to satisfaction continued through the entire process. He will be the first person I call for my next auto purchase.
Outstanding buying experience!! I called to inquire about a vehicle and Ossamah spent over 30 minutes sharing his knowledge about the car, benefits and things to look for. He provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. I will definitely buy another vehicle from him. This is not your average car buying experience.
