Had an ok experience. It seem I was over charged for labor, the guys really milked the clock. On the other hand Ryan was great!! He helped me when I wasn't getting help from the other mechanics. He was able to swipe out parts and was determined to make sure I got back on the road. He also fixed my bumper from dragging when no one else really seem to care. He was great! Don't think I will go back, but if you do, ask for Ryan. He is the reason for at least three stars.
This is a Long review.. but worth it.. My husband and I had been having a vibration issue for about a year or so. We had been to many shops, replaced several possibilities, and suffered a lot of down time, to still not resolving the issue. The best way to explain it would be, if you had a vibrator turned on and tried to hold it still it would only get worse. That’s the way our truck was acting. I stopped by on Friday 10/18/24 , because I had a check engine light. I have been having a difficult time with everything lately, and Bo the servicr manager was the first to greet me, and immediately treated me like family. He assured me they would take good care of me. Michelle arrived shorty after, and immediately addressed my concerns with my truck, and made me feel at home with genuine care. Very bad experience in this location! I came to diagnose my def and instead of checking the def they said your instrument cluster is not communicating or not updated and then I end up getting charged with not knowing why my truck is on derate . Plus I have to replace my dash cluster. My truck was purchased from Canada which they replace the dash cluster before or after crossing the border. Thank you for my lesson today.
