Don't waste time here. Called 3 times a day in morning, noon, around 4 pm no response no call back. Do not comment because I don't need it. I have very bad experience on this dealership.
Nick, Calen and Cody were extremely professional knowledgeable and provided update all along the way truck got fixed in 2 days, Jerry at night drop off communicated very well and was Pleasant
For 7 years I have purchased parts from this company TODAY they took advantage of me for 1,217.17 for parts that should have been free, and told me I'll have to pay another 200 for the programming because we touched our truck!?! We won't be back! We will not Ever buy another truck or part from you! You Should Be Ashamed!
We had a pretty bad experiance with the part guys from this dealership, especially with the guy called Loid. We purchased a part from them and asked them to send it to the provided location as a package and they were supposed to give us the trucking number so we could truck the package location but they didn't. When I tried to call Loid next day he said he assigned one of his coworkers to do that, but it didn't come through and now we don't know where is that part and I am doubting if they have really sent it.
