My business deals with hundreds of closing throughout the year. I was unfortunate enough to buy a home where I was forced to use NexTitle. I own several properties and was buying my new home. This without a doubt is the worst Title company in Idaho if not nationwide. First when we signed I asked if they had reviewed all documents for any errors. I checked the HUD.
