A complete Joke of a Title and Escrow company. All their titles are sub'd through First American, so you might as well use them rather than Nextitle. They lost my reconveyance which is now not allowing for me to sell my property. Then their legal team had the audacious to tell me that they never received it. Even when I hand delivered it to my closer. They just closed a bunch of offices and laid off my closer. But, she attests to the fact that they do have the reconveyance.
