I usually will not write a complete 5 Star review. Usually, will find something negative to say during the process.. I am that kind of guy.. Expecting everything to be perfect and when it isn't I want to know why. Rick, understood who and what type of person I was. He, without a missed step made sure to keep me aware and educated to what may go on.. This was not our first purchase, but was definitely an exciting one. We got a great deal at a great price and with a GREAT REAL ESTATE PRO! Kudos Rick... Hope to do it again!
