I've worked with many other realtors in the past and none of them helped me enough to want to continue to work with them through out the process. I felt he was nice and did not pressure me. He was very helpful throughout the process and was available when I needed him.

Rick was extremely helpful and professional with my wife and I. He worked with us 24/7 and would meet with us anytime or day we needed to. Great guy to work with and you will be hard pressed to find a realtor that will work harder than Rick. Call him for a great realty experience.

Rick went out of his way to show me homes during a two day trip that I made to San Angelo to house hunt. He quickly learned my likes and dislikes and took me to homes that were in my price range and in the styles that I love. He also knew the neighborhoods of San Angelo quite well and had a great understanding of the local schools. I found a home on that trip and Rick was quick and very skilled in the negotiation process, getting me everything I asked for. Rick went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience in buying our first home. He took our list of must haves, and found us the perfect house. We had a complicated short sale and he handled everything for us while keeping us informed every step of the way.

Callista was wonderful! Very impressive negotiator, always on top of every situation that can occur when purchasing a house. She was lovely to work with, happy to help and I don`t know how I would have managed without her. Her top priority is making sure the customer finds exactly what they want, and with her help we have a lovely new home. I can`t recommend her highly enough!!

A friend of mine told me about her if I need a realtor. I did give her a call and wow! She helped me from getting the prequalified to all the fun of buying process like in the TV shows. We went to few houses and she knew and found what I like even though it was a For Sale By Owner! She'd negotiate for me and I got the deal! Super happy! Rick really went above and beyond to help us both sell our house and buy our new house. He patiently walked us through the process each step of the way.
