If we were to buy again We would definitly contact Rick to be our agent. He showed my husband and I many great homes, and stuck by us even when we were having issues with the bank. He went above and beyond helping us get into our forever home. Again, Thank you Rick!

We recently moved from California back in October '13, due to a job promotion. My wife found Rick on Trulia. We were out-of-state at the time and Rick set up Skype sessions for us to view some houses prior to our arrival. I have dealt with agents before when buying our first home and Rick was amazing. Our experience with Rick was nothing short of perfection. I guess since this was our first time buying a house through a realtor I expected more of a strong arm car salesman approach. Boy was I wrong! Rick listened to what we wanted, did not want, and what we could live with. Me and my wife transferred down to San Angelo and knew nothing about the area but we did have an idea of what area and what we were looking for. We had our ups and downs more than most and threw the whole process Rick stuck with us and never gave up even tho it took over 10 months. He was very knowledgeable of the area and was always willing to help and always looking out for our interest. If I ever have to buy another house I will be using Rick.

Rick was always willing to show us homes on our time. He spent late evenings and weekends with us and showed us many homes until we found the one that was right for us. He was always available to answer questions and schedule showings.
