Great staff; they listen to you, were helpful, and they have short wait times.
Far better care than I got at the hospital. They listened to me and called my old PCP.
I went to the Chino Valley urgent care Sat. No patient's inside but was told the X-ray machine was busted. She said go to the one in PV on Sunday because I knew i wouldn't be there before they are closed I was seen less then 5 min. Dr came in right away. Took the x-rays evaluated and gave me a steroid shot. It took maybe a total of, 15 min maybe? The staff is great. They don't listen to the patient and they don't help any one that has asthma they just say they are ok and to go home. The doctors are idiots. I will never go back. My daughter has asthma and they did nothing for her.
The staff was amazing and friendly but I give it three stars because of how long you're actually waiting. There's nothing urgent about this place it seems.
Had to go for stitches. Heidi the NFP was awesome. Staff nice, no waiting. I was amazed. Perfect choice.
I would give negative 5 stars if I could. This place does not deserve to be in business. I'm not going into all the details because this review would turn into a novel. There is nothing "urgent" about this place at all. Spent 6+ hours here, went through 3 different test just to be told gargle salt water for my sore throat. Next day went to Chino's U.C and was told I had strep. Long story short, go to Chino's Urgent Care. I happened to get right in with only one person ahead of me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Better service than my PCPs front office.
