3+ hours for 4 minutes of total care time. When we came in we only had 2 patients ahead of us, and yet the projected wait time never changed. The receptionist was consistently on personal phone calls and they only had one provider in house. Because of the amount of time we waited for our “discharge instructions” and prescriptions, the pharmacy closed and we are unable to get what is needed until tomorrow. Please change the name of your company as there is absolutely nothing “urgent” about it.
RecommendedWaiting room times are a little long but I think that’s expected at a walk in place. Staff are friendly. One of the doctors didn’t seem interested in doing his assessment and just did a quick look and sent us on our way with what turned out to be the wrong antibiotic. Otherwise, we have had pleasant experiences.

Next Care Urgent Care in PV is the absolute worst! 2.5 hours just to get triaged and sent back in the waiting room! It would have been quicker to just go to the ER!! This place sucks!!
