the worst institution ever started.
I walked in this morning at 715 & was seen by 730. Everyone from the front desk, to the tech to the PA, Heidi, was friendly & professional. They also offer check in online, which I tried, but it was before they opened. The tech explained this to me & recommended using it during their busy times on the weekend. They sent my prescription electronically which speeds up that process as well. When you don't feel good, this is the kind of service you really appreciate! Thank you!
The Prescott Valley location looks very dirty and run down. I walked out.
Quick and easy check in. Showed up an hour before closing time and it was busy, so I had a bit of waiting to be seen, as I would expect. Once it was my turn it went very quickly. Got a stitch and a bandaid and aftercare instructions. Check out was quick and easy, I think I was last. Can’t beat the price. My pharmacist had my prescription ready an hour later, before they closed.
