My family and I have used Next Care three times in the past month. The wait wasn't bad. The third time we made an appointment online. That was great. Beats sitting in the ER. I'd recommend them.
I don't know why I choose this place, over waiting at the ER! When I have been a walk-in, it's taken 3 hrs to get called back. Even though the screen shows 0-15 minutes -- for almost an hour! Today, for the first time, I chose to check in online. My appointment was at 10 am. I came in at 9:40, just in case. Two people had already shown as before me, when I scheduled it. Been here since 12:00 it is now 4:11pm and they close in 50 min they are 1 1/2 hours behind. This place is full of sick hacking peoplethe last person still has 1 hour and 20 min to wait!!!!
I had a scheduled appointment for 3:30. Women at counter says I will be next and to ignore the screen that says I need to wait for almost 2 hours until my turn. I was waiting for almost an hour and they had already taken back 3 people by that point. I go up and ask when I'm going back since I was told I would be next, she tells me your next we got behind...so somehow that's my problem? They literally just have to look at my arm and release me. Ridiculous service.
