I had my son there yesterday and Elizabeth O. Made him feel at ease and did an excellent job with him!!! Her bedside manner and attention to his complaint was refreshing and appreciated!!! Thank you Elizabeth �.
Went online and got an appointment. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and smiling. They took excellent care and time with me. It's 24 hours later and I feel 100% better. Thanks to Roxanne and the staff!!!
The only thing I have to say is, that myself and another lady was standing outside in the cold yesterday morning. It wouldn't hurt the staff to open the door a little early. The office across the way noticed people waiting and their staff let them in. It was about a quarter til 8am. Also the examining room I was in was freezing. The doctor and the M.A was really nice and helpful. I felt like I was well taken care of.
Well here's something new for 2017, a positive attitude wouldn't that be extreme. I get there with a mild case of pneumonia, not one person waiting and service was great. With gratitude and appreciation I left feeling better, of course the breathing treatment helped tremendously. So let's get off our 2017 soapboxes, I know when we go in we feel sick, but remember these doctors ain't your mama.
