RecommendedFantastic staff - quality care - in and out in an hour.
Do not come here for COVID testing. They are extremely slow. Took the test and then made stated had to “wait for a provider” when stated did not want to see provider would just wait for results stated they would throw out test. Almost 3 hours later (with appointment) still waiting!!!
This used to be an awesome location, and staff, but it has gone way, and I mean way down hill! There’s no need to make an appointment, you’ll just end up waiting! My last time coming here!
The staff is very rude, absolutely no bedside manner, not welcoming at all.. I work in healthcare and would never treat my patients the way they do, took my husband for a RAPID COVID test and still waiting for results 3 hrs later, rapid results are supposed to be within an hour at the latest, that’s why they are RAPID.. I do not advise anyone to visit here for medical care

Completely awful experience. Total lack of communication between the front desk staff and the health care providers. I just wasted 3 hours of my day . Will NEVER go back.

Tried calling to ask a few questions i have been on hold for 45 mins and NO ONE ever picked up the line!!
Was checking to get a covid test but was told to schedule for walk in cause there were no appts available online. Got to the location and called the number from the vehicle and talked to a Kimberly. She said to book online and get registered. I had told her the online site said that to do for walk ins and she rudely said well that can change and we dont have anymore tests and to register on Thursday to see to schedule for Friday and hung up on me. Plz don’t go there.. The doctor all about the money.. They didn’t a incorrect procedure charge me for it and then lie to me about it.. There explanation didn’t add up so I call two other Nextcare Urgent care only to find out they lie to me... DONT TRUST THESE WITH ANYTHING
