We have been coming here for 15 years! after tonight and the quack of a doctor we saw we will NEVER go back! they refused to give me a working number for corporate. I had to go back in 3 times! green puss draining out of an ear is not an infection according to them. even though we have a chronic history of ear infections and 4 sets of tubes!
DO NOT COME HERE FOR A WORK PHYSICAL! It says they do them on their website, but they only do it under VERY specific conditions. I tried to get a basic one done for work requirements, and was turned away TWICE. Once because they wouldn’t fill out the form I brought from work, and then again two days later because they needed the form from my work (yes, the one they refused to fill out). Was there yesterday morning to get staples in my head from a bad fall. Everyone was kind, friendly and professional. I was pleased with the care I received and I will go again.
I booked an appointment on line for 1:45 but did not get seen for another hour. Once I was taken to the back it went pretty fast. The office was clean and everyone was nice, but just felt like I was just another paycheck. I will say the dr was helpful and took my issues seriously for the whole 5 minutes that I saw her. They did take my insurance and see to take most including medicade. Would go back if I am not able to see my own doctor again.
DONT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. IT WONT MATTER. What was the fucking point of making a fucking appointment if i am still going to have to wait on 8 other walkins to go before me when i just needed 2 minutes for a doctor, any doctor, to write me a prescription for antibiotics for a cat bite? If you want to wait all day in an office, wasting your time, go here.
I checked in online at 10:30. Quoted an 11:22 time. Text was sent at 10:52 telling me they were still on track for 11:22. Arrived. Filled out the paperwork. Called back around 11:20. The waiting room was filled with teens there for sports physicals. I commented to the dr. It was going to be a busy day with them and she replied, "well, if everyone didn't wait until the last minute, they wouldn't have to wait as long" She performed the physical and we were done. In the car with papers signed by 11:40.
Went in being dragged.was glad i went in the long run i felt better by the time i left the office.. Thanks to David who gave me 2 injections hit me on 2 instead of count of 3. So ive grounded him. But loved everyone was fast and nice as could be .....huge Thank You����

There with an ankle sprain, very swollen and was limping bad. A nurse held a door for me and as I was in pain limping I had to ask for a wheel chair, then after waiting for 30+ minutes in the back I had to ask for ice and then 15-20 minutes after that I got ice. Will most likely not go back there.
