Fast and friendly! My son ended up with 6 stitches, everybody was awesome!
Worst service ever checked in on line to avoid the line and waiting in a uncomfortable wating room and ened up wating and having people who walked in after me went back before me not OKAY!!!!
I like the poeple and enjoyed the place but waited there for 3 hours before we got to leave. Was a bit long .
Spent hours waiting with only 2 ppl ahead of us, total wait time on there waiting screen was 37 mins tops, for my 20 month old son to be seen, just to be told it could be a possible brain infection and he needed a CT, they sent us to Longmont United ER, where he was seen and discharged in less then an hour with conjunctivitis. This "urgent care" is lazy and unmotivated to help anyone! Do yourself a favor and go to the closest hospital ER before you come to this cesspool just to be turned away.
Waiting at urgent care is understandable, but waiting and having the doctor brush off an allergic reaction is not acceptable. I heard Dr. Steven MlodinowI diagnose me outside my door before he even came into the room. I do not recommend wasting your time or copay here.
This is urgent care - meaning you show up without an appointment and that you never know how many patients are going to be in front of you. We waited about 45 minutes from the time we walked in the building late in the evening and i thought that was fast considering. The PA was very nice, got my husband diagnosed fast and a script ready across the street. Thank you!
I come into Urgent Care when I have no other choice, seeing how it's Sunday and my doctor's office is closed I had to be urgently seen for a bad case of strep throat. It seems like there is only ever ONE "doctor" on duty. And hour and a half wait time? Completely ridiculous. The lack of staff around is very disturbing, yet everyone here obviously had no other choice but to come here. I just wish they tried a little harder. Only have co-pay, $25 for me, to get good and friendly service when in need. Been here three times now, good each time. They even have call ahead for an apt support.
