One our our employees was sent to this urgent care for an injury. After evaluation they said he needed a CT. We scheduled a CT and they forgot to send the paperwork over and we contacted NextCare so they could send the paperwork over and they said the employee did not need a CT. The NextCare rep said well maybe the other employee said that, but he no longer needs a CT. We asked to speak to a manager and they said their manager is not in very often and we would have to leave a message and she would get back to us within a wee... read more
Recommendedit take time some times. hard work
Checked in online. Told to arrive 15 mins early, and yet I’m still waiting to see a dr 1.5 hours later. Your online system does not work! If you’re so backed up, the online check-ins should be adjusted so you can’t book in. If I’d been notified I could’ve been waiting at work and not wasting time & money waiting here.
Cold, curt and slow
I have tried calling multiple times this morning, but even at 10am your recording is saying I am calling outside of normal business hours. Even though you were supposed to open at 8am....
Came in yesterday lady had said there was a wait... a longer one than I anticipated. So I asked CAN I SCHEDULE AN APT FOR THE NEXT DAY? she says yes what time? Openings all day. So I said 10... welp I've now been sitting here with my sick son for now an hour and 40 mins. I feel like I would've had a better chance going to the damn hospital.... get it together. Y'all suck and I will drive to avoid coming here.
It took so long for me to get in and after having food poisoning and flu symptoms they had a NURSE tell me it was a sinus infection when my nose is fine. I never saw a doctor. And the nurse even said she looked over my previous history from about exactly a year ago when I came in and she prescribed me the same medication from last time. When they were two opposite sicknesses. Plus the medication they have me on is not doing jack shit just like it didn't do anything the last time I took it. Will never come here again.
I was not at Urgent Care whoever put this it's not me.
