Poor customer service. However the Family Nurse Practitioner was great.
after an insane 160 fee (I get that most of that is insurances fault) I was told that what my son had was a viral infection and when I asked how his fever and blister rash came on so fast I was told it may be strep. no test to confirm but a prescription was written. I was not convinced but had no way of knowing what to say. I took him to our normal doctors the next day and was told by just a glance it was hand foot and mouth. next care looked at me and directly stated that it wasn't. won't be going back to a cramped facility... read more

How does a very basic exam and diagnosis of tmj, no prescriptions written justify a $132 fee? Does this provider have any idea how long it takes to earn and what $132 means to most Cheyenne families? Very dissatisfied and disillusioned with their idea of affordable healthcare.
