Fiancé just went in for an antibiotic. The doctor acted like he was a child and refused to do a proper test on him. What a joke this "doctor" is.
I checked in online for an 11:30 appt. Got there at 11:20, and the gal at the front desk said my appt wasn't showing up, even though I showed her my confirmation. She said she checked me in, so around 11:40ish, a gentleman came in and said he checked in online as well, and went back way before I did. I waited almost an hour before they called me back, and then another hour before the P.A. came in. Your roomed us in the minion room and forgot about us!!! 2.5 hours later doc says we havent used this room all day! A sick baby with a 101 degree temp and you allow other who have checked in on line to cut. You ought to be shut down.
Easy to get in and out on a Sunday. Less than hour total time from check in to out. Staff friendly. Dr. Was straight forward with information
Took my son here and was the rudest staff. Not all but most. Will never return or recommend. Thought other places were bad. This one by far the worse yet.
The front staff lady kari is a real witch! She has no business being there or anywhere that requires customer service. Too busy being in a bad mood cause she had to close..yes..discussing her problems for all to hear. PA Chambers is great! Cares about her patients. Wait time is ridiculous!!!!
