Horrible Urgent Care!! Never Again!!
I had a great experience, the doctor was awesome, assessment, breathing treatment, x-rays and results in less than 1 hour.
Was chaos in the waiting room Terrible employees at the front desk
They took good care of me the staff was very nice I was in and out of there in less than two hour
My first visit was for a sore throat, a fever & body aches. I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection & sent home. After spending the night with a really high fever, shivering & sweating, I came back the next day & was diagnosed with the flu & prescribed tamiflu. The next morning I had white spots on my tonsils. I called 3 times to ask for the doc to call in a prescription for antibiotics. I was told the two docs I saw before were not in so I would have to be seen again to get antibiotics that should have been pres... read more
I wish it wasn't under these circumstances, but I went after work to get a bad dry cough checked out. The PA let me know that after it was taking a while, he took the time to tell me and make sure I was being taken care of. He made sure my chest xray results were sent stat to the radiologist and I felt like he was actually concerned about my well being. The result was pneumonia in the upper right lobe of my lung, but overall it was a very good experience :)
The nurses, doctor take care of your needs but can be overwhelming while waiting to be called when you are in such pain.
I checked in online given a exam checked for flu. Prescribed some relief till I see my primary in a week. Efficient. Better than a ER. Midday best.
