Waited 2 hours to only be told I couldn’t be seen
Is it acceptable to send a fruit basket? Maybe that church place near by can do a basket? The staff seemed overwhelmed by the extra crazy people are bringing. They didn't have any of the rapid result nose swabs available but were able to do the antibody test. Fair enough. The wait time was a bit crazy but I expected things to be crazy here. The staff were friendly and efficient and tried to take as much info by phone and having you email a copy of your ID and insurance to them. I was there for a shoulder injury. The nurse practitioner came in didn't wash her hands nor did she have on a mask. Asked me 3 questions and didn't even examine or look at my shoulder but ordered X-rays. She couldn't read the xray and had to send them to the Radiology dept to read. Wanted to give a shot for inflammation and pain, but did not confirm the other medications I had taken. After I asked about them she changed the dosage of the medicine. definitely recommend going to NextCare and every time I've had to go there been in and out very quickly believe it or not I waited longer at the pharmacy for my prescription and I did to get treated at NextCare
Been waiting for over an hour. Checked in at 6 for a 6:30 booking. Est. time to be called in 6:15. It is now 7pm and we are sitting here waiting with a bunch of sick people waiting for my daughter to get a sports physical. Can't leave because they already charged. How convenient!!!
