The staff was helpful and compassionate when I brought my 18 month old daughter in there when her Dr couldn't see her anns she needed to be seen. The wait was long, but once we got back there, it was fairly quick and efficient.
I come in for a physical at the location on Main and Surf St in Lewisville, TX, they said wait is over an hour or you can make an appointment. I mad an appointment. Been here over an hour. Still waiting and they have no idea how much longer.

Prima Care on Main @ Surf in Lewisville is a great facility when you need to get well in a hurry. Dr. Ajala is competent and kind. She listens, checks your records and gets you on your way with the prescription you need. Tonya on the front desk is friendly and efficient. Four people were ahead of me, but I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They see more every day stuff than most doctors. The entire experience was seamless. The facility was clean and the wait time was minimal. Tonya, Katlyn and Dr Gaithri Vivekananthan were all very courteous and professional. My expectations were exceeded
Always dependable care. I like and use the call ahead system. My wait time is considerably less using "Call Ahead." Made a visit early this AM, saw Dr Ajala. She is very knowledgeable and kind. The front office is always very courteous and efficient. The nurse, Alex, was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this facility
The staff was great very friendly and caring the doctor was very knowledgeable and kind i am now feeling better than i was.
