Checking in was easy. Team was good. Katlyn, Emily, Gaithri Vivekananthan. Minimal time wait. Clean area. Got my butt shot,prescription, and was on my way.
I was in and out in 45 minutes, with online check in. The doctor listened and was empathetic. Place was clean, quiet and fairly seamless.
I have been seeing them for years anytime that I was unable to get in to see my regular doctor. In the past they were always helpful and courteous...however I have had to see them twice in a month's time because I could not get in to see my doctor. As a nurse and a person living in my body for the last 40 years; I'm usually able to tell when I have a bacterial versus a viral infection.
