They have a customer service number that tells you 1 thing and then when you call them, they put you on hold for 20 minutes. They don’t want to see anyone. Apparently they are not a urgent care!!!

RecommendedI went to Urgent Care on 7 mile in Livonia and I had the best experience here. Excellent staff!!!!! Very professional, all of my encounters with all the staff were awesome. Jessica at the front desk directed me to the facility and made sure I didn’t get lost since I’m not from Michigan. I have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. I went in with a chronic UTI and kidney pain and they sent me home telling me that nothing was wrong with me. I had to ask the Dr. to send my urine for a culture cause it didn't appear with a test strip. she was extremely rude and only saw me for about 5 minutes. I told her that I just came in for her to say I was ok and to charge my insurance, and she said... it is what it is. Was not empathetic or even listened to my concerns.
