Was very happy. Was seen in 30 mins. Doctor came soon and I was on my way to feeling better. Liked it better than minute clinics.
Worst care ever!!!!!!!!! Not only did the nurse laugh when the dr asked why the solution was not put in my strep test but they didn't offer any other test helpful hints nothing just laughed it off dr cholie said well since my nurse didn't do his part not going to lie where her exact words I'll be calling u in meds ...... go to pick up my meds they were not called in worst most un professional place I work in the medical field and this dr and whoever her tall dark man nurse was should not only be fired but loose there liscens... read more
Was a waste of my time and they charged me a co pay when I told them I didn't owe it. Now I get to fight them to get it back. UGGGG
Was there yesterday. From the time I walked in until I left, the staff was very friendly, caring and professional. So glad I choose them! And today I feel so much better!
Let's start with 1hr and 25 minute wait. Being that I informed the receptionist of my very VERY high blood pressure concern I still was put in the cue to be seen. Secondly, after the attendant took my blood pressure and saw what I had told her , it seemed to me their was no urgency in this matter. Then the doctor came in and began to tell me that because I was "black" this just seemed so normal to her. Matter a fact was told this statement TWICE!
