I went in yesterday with what we thought was an infection in my foot. The NP assured us that there was not any infection, that it was a sprain from slipping on the ice. I ended up having to go to the ER later in the night due to increasing pain, swelling and redness. I am now on antibiotics for infection. The ER doctor was concerned about how much the infection could have spread if I hadn’t come in.

Why do you offer "appointments" on the website if you don't honor them? I'm in the same spot in line I would of been if I had walked in. Not to mention it's a 2+ hour wait. Stop misleading people and change your policies! I'm 15 weeks pregnant, sick and getting exposed to whatever else is going around.

I was in from out of town and sick all week with a chest cold. I was finally feeling so weak and couldn’t take deep breaths without pain so I went here. It was the Saturday evening before Easter and the place was so quiet. We were in and out in less than an hour. The front desk and nurse were nice and courteous. The building seemed very clean. The doctor really listened to me as I was at my breaking point and in tears over how I felt. He prescribed me the right stuff and called it in to the pharmacy I asked. The only thing I... read more

What good is an appt? I sat in the waiting room one hour past appt time with an ill child. If you’re running late, that’s understandable, but let all those know that have a scheduled appt. Instead of resting in bed, my daughter had to sit in a chair and WAIT. Until I asked the front desk, I wasn’t even told that we would be waiting for a long time. We plan, but where’s the accountability on your end?

The treatment I received here for the onset of an asthmatic episode while visiting family was excellent. I was immediately assessed and a breathing treatment started. Very professional team effort and exactly what I would have expected from my pulmonologist’s office at home.

This is a very good and clean emergency room. The staff nurses and Dr was very helpful, they listen, answer all of your questions and make sure you get the best care possible. They get you back pretty quick and the whole facility is very clean. I would highly recommend the urgency care!

After taking a $40.00 Co-pay, they admitted my nephew, then was told, "We are not equipped to handle this type of situation." I hope I never again have a need to go somewhere that can't remove a splinter from a finger. I would give them 0 stars, if it were possible!
