Entire medical team professional and as important compassionate. Was in and out extremely fast and entire time the team was concerned most about my well being and easing stress and pain. You'd think this is a given in the industry but sometimes it's just a job shuffling people through.
I visited the NextCare on west William Canon and the staff, nurse & doctor were polite, professional and very attentive to my symptoms. I was quickly diagnosed with the flu and chest infection after being examined & tested. They were friendly and made me feel well taken care of as well as prompt in their services. I would highly recommend visiting this office if you need immediate medical attention !
Lobby was very boring and to make matters worse was forced to watch Rachel Ray during the wait!! :( The bathroom was kinda gross concidering this is a health clinic, nothing for the kids or adults waiting and not even a complimentary espresso...
We showed up at closing time and Dr. Leslie and her team were still friendly, kind, and took great care of my son. Definitely recommend.
The few times I've needed immediate medical care, I've gone to NextCare. It's the best place to get medical attention when you can't or shouldn't wait to see your own doctor. I know this will always be my first choice for minor emergency. I also appreciate the follow-up calls. Thank you for all you do!
