I was worried it would take forever and be unpleasant, when you're sick every moment feels like a lifetime. However, I checked in online and as soon as I was done with my paperwork I was taken back. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was in and out in 45 minutes.

Urgent care was the perfect solution for me. They could X-ray and treat all in one visit. I explored my options and the cost was more effective to use the Urgent Care option rather than primary care physician or ER. Regardless of your benefits, understanding your options and how to control costs is very important. They were very accomidating when asked what I was being billed. I don't want any surprises. The Dr there today didn't seem interested in helping me find the reason I was not feeling well. He did nothing and had no answer. I'm still in pain.

I was in there in today they were super friendly and very excellent bed side manners. They also took amazing care of me while I was in there care. I would refer them to family and friends. The provider they had in there today Dr. Jonathan Crapo PAC is an extremely well educated dr. He took his time to explain everything to me and was just vey helpful and kind. Thanks Dr. Jonathan and the staff there.
