Lol Sarah must be a high school graduate with no experience as well as the “manager” they’re both ironic and pathetically uneducated. I do not recommend bringing any of your family here unless you want incorrect diagnoses by the unknowledgeable people that work in the medical field. Sad.

I presented there with chest congestion, fever and body aches. The first thing the tech said when he took me to the exam room was they did not have any flu swabs to check for the flu. When the PA came in she focused more on the ear infection instead of the chest congestion and flu symptoms. The last thing was they called the prescription into the wrong pharmacy. I have always had great experiences here with the front desk and nurse. The doctors or NPs have all been great too. Yesterday when we had contact with the NP she did not have the best bestside manner. She seemed abrupt, load voice, and lacking in compassion. She wasn’t mean or terrible, just not the best with people. Especially a 5 year old boy. (My son, the patient, with the flu.) But I will definitely be returning to this NextCare again. It really is overall a great Urgent Care.
In and seen within 30 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Very knowledgeable. Defiantly recommend to anyone in the area.

Had to see a doctor, over the weekend when ny doctor's office was closed. Arrived about an hour before they closed. Went right in. Went through triage. Saw the PA. Got prescription for sinus infection and some OTCs to add. Went to CVS and got everything. Went home. On the path to recovery. Problem solved.
