I was just there yesterday morning. They took good care of me and the experience was awesome. I was in and out. The doctor was very patient and explained my meds he gave me very well. No x-ray machine available!!! Do not come to the Austin Highway location if you need an x-ray, because they can't do it!!! My father has the flu and they wouldn't see him. That is after I trekked across the parking lot with him in a wheelchair, since they have no curbside parking, and they have a curb with no ramp from the street. I had to go up the ramp in front of Target. And no accessible door to get someone in a wheelchair or walker through the door.

Impact Urgent Care was amazing. The nurse practitioner accepted and understood why I wanted to use liquid skin rather than get 3 stitches. They got me a well fitting boot. They were great listeners and extremely professional. Highly recommended for anyone in San Antonio.
Had to get my first stitches and the staff was amazing. The nurse Matthew who did it was so good! They even worked with us on the payments. Honestly I'll never go anywhere else even though I live kinda far.

$200, couldn't get ahold of insurance because it was a Saturday? Had a long wait in the morning because there was only one doctor on staff. Again, on a Saturday? So, made an appointment for 3. Apparently appointments don't matter because it's almost 5 and we are still waiting in the room. A 1.5 year old with an ear infection, in a small doctors office, just waiting for almost 2 hours. Horrible!!
