Wow.....I've been going to Impact Urgent Care facilities now for over 10 years and have very please until now. I took my wife in yesterday for her noon online appt check-in; she saw the doctor at 1:15. Was prescribed an antibiotic for an ear infection and sent home. Today she is much worse. All I wanted was to get to speak to the doctor or have someone talk to the doctor for me to see if we should perhaps change meds on stay the course. Bottom line, don't go to the Austin Hwy location. I called a head of time to ensure they had the capability to x-ray my son's fractured thumb only to arrive not 20 minutes later and learn that the x-ray machine isn't working. You couldn't have mentioned that when I called?! The receptionist said "Well... the machine works sometimes but we have no way of knowing and we'd still charge you whether the x-ray works or not!" Very nice staff, quiet and clean. No waiting.
I met with a doctor pretty fast and she diagnosed me well!
I was treated very, very quickly - in and out within one hour. Actually, it was less than that. All staff were courteous and professional. I was relieved to know I was on my way to recovery. My prescription was called in very quickly too. Thank you.
Clean nice people great Dr’s now to get a script and get out before someone gives me their germs.
