Arrived at 3:44 for a 4pm pre-schedule appointment. I was still waiting at 5:25 to see a doctor, this was after being seen by the nurse and told the doctor would be in shortly. I came out of the room to inquire if I would be seen. One of the doctors on staff didn't even make eye contact with me as he discussed with the other doctor who was supposed to be seeing me. Seems each one thought the other had my case but no one bothered to check. Walked out of there at 5:45. Never again.
Great experience with the staff here. Everyone was very friendly. Megan Sexton, FNP, was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back in the future if I need to get checked out last minute.
I just left this Primacare this evening & as usual had a great experience! I've been going to this Primacare for years ( my entire family - husband & 3 boys ). I was very impressed tonight ( as usual )with the staff!!! This includes the back staff ( Reyna & Rod ) & the provider ( Megan Sexton , MSN,FNP-C ). They were quick , caring , professional & compassionate. I was in & out in less than an hour. Y'all are awesome...thank you , Merrill Swenke
I like the NP ... 1st time seeing her and really liked her! I checked online, was there at correct time, when got there monitor said we were 2nd in line and wait would 10 - 15 minutes and 32 minutes later we were finally showed into a room. Purpose of online check in is too wait at home not there.
Exelente servicio mi bebe estaba resfriada con tos y con fiebre era en domingo y la clinica de su pediatra estaba cerrada encontre esta clinica en el internet y llame llamé para saber si atendian sin cita me dieron la opcion de esperar en mi casa y cuando le tocaba su turno me enviaron un texto no tuve que esper ahi en la clinica , la clinica muy limpia y nos atendieron muy bien todos muy amables la recomiendo mucho
Very polite and efficient staff! Although I was a walk-in, I did not have to wait as long as I had expected (because let's be realistic - you can't expect to walk into a "walk-in" facility and expect to get back in two seconds). What makes the wait slightly more manageable is the lobby having been equipped with a television monitor that clearly states where you are in line and an estimated wait time which continually updates. Highly recommend for quick after-hour care that are non-emergency room necessary!
I pre-checked in still had a two hour wait with only 3 people before me. Never again!! 2 hrs for an insect bite. Ridiculous. Then their ways of checking co-pays are if they cant see it online they charge it. Not this chick. So take your insurance card so you can call yourself.
