Lover's lane location, Dallas. Needed a work letter to determine for any restrictions. When I contacted them (next day after treatment) they asked that I return, pay for another visit just to get a letter. Incredible. If the doctor was unable to determine that during the examination, they he did a sloppy job, which makes his treatments/medications questionable. Not only unprofessional, but utterly unethical and unprofessional. Staff was confrontational and hostile.

Overal great and professional
Make an appointment, then I confirmed and showed up early per PrimaCare request, yet wait for an hour and a half in a cold exam room and still have not been seen.
Staff was friendly and professional. With the check in system they have it really cuts down on wait time. I have been to the Mockingbird location many times and have never had a negative experience.
What’s the point of making an appointment you still sit an wait 34 minutes after your appointment. Please fix that you may have customers with issues
I was sick, they were kind and helpful, and they gave me some good meds to fix me up! Loved Michelle!!
I when in with congested chest, cough, and difficulty in breathing. I was told I had clear lungs and was given cough medicine for my cough. I did not believe the PA diagnosis and went to my PCP and was quickly diagnose with pneumonia.
