waited 3 hrs to see a nurse practitioner who was very generous nice! the wait was extremely long
Booked an apointment, checked in 10 minutes early. Already waiting over 1.5h to be seen!!!! This is not done!!! What is the point of the apointment system is you just get in line with the walk-ins!!! I have a bad headache, feeling nausia, bad cold, ... so it is by far a pleasure to be treated that way! Never again!!!!
There is absolutely no point in making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours to see a doctor.
Dr. Whitehead called to check on me later! This has never happened before, even with my own doc! The nurse who took my vitals had such a fun personality, I do not remember her name, but she made being sick sooo much better!! LOVED her!
My 14 month old son hurt his toe and needed to be seen quickly. We went to this primacare location and we are very glad we did. We got there close to 7:45 and even though they close at 8 everyone in the office was nice, upbeat and never made us feel like they were just trying to get us out of the door. The nurse, Michelle, and the doctor, Mike Carroll, both had a great attitude and were very attentive and took excellent care of us. If needed we will definitely be back to this location.
Smile for they are great for medicine.When u are in pain.

Llevaba un fuerte dolor espalda y brazo tuve q esperar 2 hr. para q me viera el Dr. pero fueron todos muy amables y el Dr. William Carroll muy atento y explico a mi esposo lo q me pasaba.Espero q sigan asi de atentos y sensibles a los pacientes.
I have been a patient of this primacare location for over 20 years and used them as my primary physician. Today they tell me they have no record of my ever being there.... they have lost all my medical records !! This is outrageous and bordering malpractice. There are lots of choices out there and I will definitely be seeking another service. Only problem is...when I do find another doctor, they will surely ask for my medical records and I will have to tell them that none exist...they were all lost by Primacare. Highly incom... read more
