Next Stop Moving was fantastic, they took their time with our items that needed special care but they were INCREDIBLY fast paced. I spoke to a manager after my pick up service was completed to complement the hard work of their crew. I have moved many times in the past, and I have never had a such professional and personal experience as I did here. Looking forward to delivery ! Will update review afterward

My experience with Next Stop Moving Company during my move from ******* to ************** in August 2023 was an absolute nightmare. Hiring them turned out to be a huge mistake.To start, they failed to show up on the scheduled day, causing me to rearrange flights and accommodations. **** and **** are excellent! They are so professional and respectful. They took good care of our belongings. Covered delicate pieces with cardboard. Kind, patented and overall wonderful experience!!!!I highly recommend using this company!!!!

I will say first off that their price was fair! That being said, here's my experience. I stupidly hired a broker (didn't know it until too late to get my money back from them). Took forever to get a truck(s) to my house to load up my stuff. They won't answer their phones. Once the truck left with my stuff I was not given a day for arrival.....just that it could take up to 10 business days (and there was a holiday so figure 15 days). 1/2 my stuff arrived!! Only half. i would give it a minus star if possible, Had a contract with Nationwide movers who than subcontracted it out to Next Stop. i never would have agreed to a subcontractor. they were over a week late on delivery. items were damaged badly, legs broken off. everything was wrapped so you know they just threw them around. items have water stains on them. cant figure how that happened. also wanted more money for oversized delivery truck, which they dont tell you until after you had the certified check made out. which means you have ... read more

The sales person I talked to originally didnt inform me correctly or maybe just lied to get me to use them as a Moving service. I was told that they would wrap my furniture in moving blankets but when the moving guys arrived they said that they would charge extra for every mirror and lamp. So I had to get rid of a bunch of my belongings with no notice I wouldve wrapped them if I had been told that but I wasnt. ****, Evgenii, ******** - movers showed up on time, and were very efficient. Packing was a breeze and they were very professional the entire time that they were here. Would definitely use them in the future!
