All I can say unless you have $$$$ do not use these guys. Our first quote was $2,816 moving a 2 bedroom apartment from ******* to ****. Of course after we had everything packed we called an added a few items and a golf cart. Which added $2,234 more to the amount. When the truck got there the day after and 4 hours after they called and told us they were on their way. The truck did not have a ramp for the golf cart to be put on the truck. I would not even give him a star. Upon their arrival they got a text message saying there would be 5 men. We got there after a 4-hour lateness. They only had two helpers. And they only work for 4 hours and left. Upon arrival to my house the next day. There were no helpers. There was supposed to be a crew of five. Upon this the gentleman decided to add more money to my amount. Plus had an attitude. His attitude was he didn't care if he had a crew. If I could put more stars than five, then I would immediately! My total job cost was *******. Four-bedroom moving from ***** *******to *********is a three bedroom move. AJ was amazing and held our hand every step of the way the Dispatcher, Paul and Ciara was really pleasant to work with kept me laughing while I was going through a lot of stress. I was so scared reading all the horror stories, but they exceeded my expectations! They were quick and efficient in the moving process. Thanks, Next Stop!
Next Stop Moving was fantastic, they took their time with our items that needed special care but they were INCREDIBLY fast paced. I spoke to a manager after my pick up service was completed to complement the hard work of their crew. I have moved many times in the past, and I have never had a such professional and personal experience as I did here. Looking forward to delivery ! Will update review afterward
My experience with Next Stop Moving Company during my move from ******* to ************** in August 2023 was an absolute nightmare. Hiring them turned out to be a huge mistake.To start, they failed to show up on the scheduled day, causing me to rearrange flights and accommodations. **** and **** are excellent! They are so professional and respectful. They took good care of our belongings. Covered delicate pieces with cardboard. Kind, patented and overall wonderful experience!!!!I highly recommend using this company!!!!
I will say first off that their price was fair! That being said, here's my experience. I stupidly hired a broker (didn't know it until too late to get my money back from them). Took forever to get a truck(s) to my house to load up my stuff. They won't answer their phones. Once the truck left with my stuff I was not given a day for arrival.....just that it could take up to 10 business days (and there was a holiday so figure 15 days). 1/2 my stuff arrived!! Only half.
