The sales person I talked to originally didnt inform me correctly or maybe just lied to get me to use them as a Moving service. I was told that they would wrap my furniture in moving blankets but when the moving guys arrived they said that they would charge extra for every mirror and lamp. So I had to get rid of a bunch of my belongings with no notice I wouldve wrapped them if I had been told that but I wasnt. Next Stop moved my family from ********** to ******* at the beginning of July. The team was fantastic, and extremely friendly. My wife was nervous about the items being damaged during the trek out to ******* but the crew packed our belongings very well and professionally. I bought the team pizza and soda for dinner after watching them pack my entire basement into 40+ boxes (and feeling bad for how much junk I had).I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family. 10 / 10 ! ! !

**** and ******* were great during the pick up process. **** made recommendations for packing things to keep my things as well maintained during the move as possible. He also went over all additional costs that can acure during drop off. For the company some made sense such as if they need to rent a smaller vehicle but others such as $75 for 7 sets of stairs after you only get 7 stairs free was kind of excessive. All in all it was a good experience for pick up! Awaiting drop off!
