Next Stop is deceptive, unethical, and extremely unprofessional.I was told twice that my delivery would be expected at a certain time and both times that didnt occur. The first instance was on 9/11/23 when I was told my delivery would be by the end of the week or early next week. Not only did the delivery not occur, but I needed to email/call the company multiple times to get an update. Everything with the move went well. **** and **** answered all questions I had and were very fast and efficient at moving everything out carefully. Would recommend them to anyone looking to move.
I had an amazing experience. From the start to finish everything was seamless. Their response time is excellent. Extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. Next time they will be the first people I call.
The team was fast, efficient and treated our furniture with care. I was super pleased with the pickup.. looking forward to delivery. Shoutout to the **************** girls- Ciera and ***** You two ladies are sweet and very helpful!
Move went well. It turned out to be an excellent experience. They did everything in a professional manner and we had zero problems. I would highly recommend them.
Worst experience with any company ever. Broken items in most boxes, artwork not wrapped, toilet plungers packed with clean laundry. The cost increased by over 25%. They waited a week to ship our goods and it took another 10 days to receive. No communications - we had multiple target dates. I wouldnt give them one star. My recommendation is the stay far away from this company.
**** and **** were really good and proactive. Very energetic and friendly.
