Great experience. Should I move again in the future, I will be calling them. The movers were very respectful and worked very hard. They didnt leave marks on the walls. I would give them a double thumbs up!
The move went well, no items missing and no unexpected fees.Customer service was good but you may need to call them if they are busy. The staff that picked up and delivered the items were friendly and professional.

Next Stop is deceptive, unethical, and extremely unprofessional.I was told twice that my delivery would be expected at a certain time and both times that didnt occur. The first instance was on 9/11/23 when I was told my delivery would be by the end of the week or early next week. Not only did the delivery not occur, but I needed to email/call the company multiple times to get an update. Everything with the move went well. **** and **** answered all questions I had and were very fast and efficient at moving everything out carefully. Would recommend them to anyone looking to move.
I had an amazing experience. From the start to finish everything was seamless. Their response time is excellent. Extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. Next time they will be the first people I call.
