We would definitely recommend this company for any move. The young men who showed up were the ************* wrapped everything wouldn't let us do anything. Nothing damaged or broken put everything where we wanted it spot on. A credit to the company

Stay away from this company! It will be your worst nightmare as if moving isnt already stressful. They kept my things for over two weeks before they were delivered. They will also keep going up on the price. My final bill was supposed to be 700. They stated they need to rent a shuttle for 472. Which was a uhaul and we all know how much uhaul cost. The customer was delivered within the contractual delivery window. The Estimate signed by the customer change only once when she added additional items to her move. Regarding the shuttle, the price does not equal the rental cost of the ** haul, it includes the rate for the work of the driver and/or helpers who have to reload all the stuff into the smaller vehicle and then off-load to the customer's house. I booked a move from ******* to ****. I arranged a deal, being I had other offers. Upon arriving to the airport, the movers were already in my apartment loading, before I even reached the destination load point. I was told by **** during the original agreement that they did not use sub-contractors, all their guys spoke English and they use their company trucks and uniforms. **** was very specific about, not being a broker, that they were the direct carrier. The customer had the price quote of $2977 for 16 items and 55 pieces (Estimate was signed by the customer) and then the customer added items to the inventory - 23 items and 58 pieces- which is why the price grew to $3044 (new estimate was also signed by the customer). The Insurance on the move is Released Value, so any damages that the customer will report will be covered based on that option. If I could give them zero stars, I would.They have a standard bait and switch tactic. I was quoted $3,400 and put down a $1,746 deposit. This is Aug 2023, pick up date Oct 27. They did not respond to repeated phone calls for a final contract. A week before the pick up, they 'updated' the quote to $4,734. The only change was my snow tires, which I had forgotten on the original inventory. I was more than pleased with the services. I chose them because of the thoroughness with which they discussed all aspects of the move and pricing. They did a wonderful and efficient job with moving me out and in.
Guys that came were really lovely and very hard working. They just organized everything, moved it all and were on it all day. Would definitely recommend them!
