My son was very ill. I was told by nurse to take him to urgent care immediately. I went to Next Level, and my experience was so amazing. I was greeted by Jones has. She was very helpful. Then, Rob was our tech, and treated my child in a very empathetic manner. Lenee was so concerned. I want to say that during a stressful time, they helped me feel at ease. My son is doing lot better today.
I walked in, signed my papers and they called me right away. Asked all questions needed and only 5 mins, the Dr. was there to check on me and tell me my results and gave me all prescriptions I needed to get me better. All of this within 45mins to a hour, I was headed to the Pharmacy to get meds and back home in the bed. Excellent experience I received in yrs. Thanks guys
I was immediately taken back to a room and the nurse Oscar came in to check my medical info within 5 minutes. Dr. Lemmons was also fantastic and couldn't be any nicer! He immediately identified what was wrong, what I needed to do and had my prescription sent to my pharmacy! Thank you so much again!
