Called at 3:31pm on October 6, 2020 in desperate need for my 7 year old son. Representative informed me that when the receptionist calls I have up to 30 minutes to come into the location. My son and I waited for almost two hours and I decided that I was going to come in and see why haven’t I received a call. RecommendedI had been to my pcp and they gave me antibiotics. I was getting worse so went to urgent care. It was super easy. I signed up on line and they text me when a room was ready. I got there saw the nurse then dr. Right away. Was in and out in less than 30 mins. Found out what was really wrong and got meds!
Great experience. The staff and doctor are very well Knowledgeable and skilled. The place Super clean and well-maintained. I would Recommend.

Worst service, my 20 week pregnant wife got yelled by the so called physician on a follow-up visit.
They didn’t do anything to me , just collected my copay ..
The wait was short, but failed to even diagnose. Flu or Fever? We don't know.
