RecommendedThis place is great! Chris was working and he was very nice and knowledgeable. I walked in around 9:12am and was walking out right at 10:00am. Never have I walked into my personal doctors office when he wasn't running at least 45 minutes behind schedule much less get me in and out in 45 minutes. Next level Urgent Care has just become my go to place for almost everything! Love them.

Our kids seem to get sick on holidays so we've been here a few times. All the employees are friendly and professional. We have had to wait about 45 minutes to an hour to be seen but keep in mind these were on holidays. Great place and our go to location for Champions area.

They took great care of my husband. Save thousands by not going to the Emergency room.
We took our 2.5 yrs old son to Next Level yesterday. Aesthetically, the place is gorgeous and feels comfortable and inviting. The customer service was awesome. They room you right away and send a text that allows you to fill your patient paper work right on your phone. A nurse is there within minutes to take vitals. The entire experience, from walk in to check out, was about 30 minutes and that's only because we had to wait on 2 tests. If we ever have another emergency, we will definitely go to Next Level again.
Well, the place is spotless and Customer Service excellent I was disappointed after seen my primary care doctor today because I think the physician that saw me yesterday should have been able to do the diagnosis. He really didn't show knowledge and didn't do an X ray to help him to diagnose the symptoms I was impressed the first time I use it and that was the reason I came back. But now I am not so sure It could end up in something very serious
Thank you Next Level Urgent Care for taking such great care of my baby! We came in with an injured foot, and the team made us feel super at ease! Steps made us feel welcomed as soon as we entered the facility. Jorge and Steph took great care with the x-rays and splint, and Ivan answered all of our questions...especially my inquisitive/wants to be a doctor when she grows up daughter! I was hesitant about urgent care, but you all were fantastic! We appreciate all that you did for us!
Very professional yet with a nice bed side manner. Pricing is straight forward, Dr. followed up exactly as promised. I will definitely use this place when needed.
