RecommendedI had an exceptional experience at this Urgent Care Center! The techs were Shay, Teresa, and Crystal which were all wonderful. Spoke with Tanya and she was great! We have visited Next Level Urgent Care 3 times in the last week due to my daughter's broken arm and follow up. I cannot say enough about the level of care and compassion at the Champions location. Teresa Mason put a cast on our daughter, who was hysterical about missing activities at camp. Teresa was kind and calm and by the end of the session our daughter was happy and at peace with her "new" camp experience. The were very friendly and quick. They made sure that they answered all of my questions. I felt horrible when I went in and they made me feel so much better. Great care, great nurses and a great doctor. I had an awesome experience and I recommend them 110%

I don't have insurance and had decided to go to urgent care instead of ER. After calling several urgent care facilities in my area, I decided to go with Next Level because they have a three tiered pricing so you know exactly what you're going to pay. I was immediately greeted and then escorted to a room by their very friendly staff. Always get in without much wait at all. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Chris has taken care of me last couple times I've been there and is always efficient and easy to talk to and explain things.
