Next Care in Champions encouraged us to make an appointment. We had appointment for 12:15pm. The PA did not bother to see us till 1:06pm. Unfortunately all they did was recommend we find an orthopedic surgeon. My complaint is whyEncourage us to make an appointment when the provider does not seem to abide with the appointed time or even show empathy.

Next Level Urgent Care Champions was absolutely professional and informative. They told us ahead of time that stomach issues sometimes can't be diagnosed as they don't have imaging machines but we decided to allow the dr to look at my son anyways. After a few test the Dr came in and performed a physical test on my son to help understand his pains. After all the testing the Dr. referred us to a Dr's office that had imagining machines that could better serve us but also refunded our money without us asking for it which we thou... read more

I've used this clinic several times and can't say enough about the service I received . The personnel is friendly and the NP explained everything to me where I could understand it. The whole office and examining rooms are so spanking clean and well decorated. I 'm so happy to have the office so close to where I live ! Jessie Evans
