One of the worst ER ever. It's take more then 4 hours to just see the doctor. After that its takes forever for other necessary exam and they don't allow anyone inside except the patient. Service is very bad. This ER doesn't even deserve 1 star. Waiting room is dirty, bathroom is also dirty.

Worst ER ever. Called 911 to have my elderly dad checked as he collapsed and fell terribly. Been in the er for more than 24 hrs and In the morning was told Will be inpatient yet still at the ER. Went to visit my dad but I was told to have my mom who is 80 yrs old and can barely walk to come out so I can go inside then took 10 mins for my mom to walk out and we went as I carry items for my dad to change. I had a very positive experience during my admission at New York Presbyterian Hospital. The doctors, nurses, and staff were compassionate, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and well-informed about my treatment. I truly appreciate their dedication, kindness, and excellent care during a difficult time. Thank you to everyone at the hospital for the outstanding service and support.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. 5 hours later still had not been seen by anyone. Speaking to staff is useless they do not care to help. I left without being seen and they uploaded discharge papers to mychart like if I got seen by a provider.
