I want to thank RN Anum Momin, CNA Robert and CNA John from the South Side 3rd FL team for taking such great care of my grandfather. Thank you for being patient, kind and treating him with such great care. It's thanks to you guys he was able to get back on his feet and come back healtheir than before.

If I can give 0 stars it would be great. The wait time was horrible and they are going to prescribe me medication two days after I was seen. Mind you they never told me they will until they called me two days later. When I went to go pick up the prescription it wasn’t even filled at the pharmacy. When I tried to contact them to get help they tell me to leave me name and number. Worst hospital experience of my life. If I get some type of kidney problems I will sue this hospital. No sense of care

Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews for this hospital before taking my daughter to the emergency room. We arrived at 09:30 PM, and by 2:00 AM, we still hadn't been seen. When we approached the triage nurse to ask about the delay, she said she didn't have an answer; we asked the registration clerk, but got the same response. Every staff member we interacted with was discourteous, rude, confrontational, and dismissive of the patient's needs. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If i could give zero stars I would. This hospital admitted me AGAINST the approval of my insurance provider and then kept me against my will for 3 nights. They finally released me but it was after telling me that against doctor’s orders told me that I risked dying by leaving. A month or so after my release they contacted my mother asking her if I had another form of insurance because my insurance company refused to pay the bill. One of the worst ER ever. It's take more then 4 hours to just see the doctor. After that its takes forever for other necessary exam and they don't allow anyone inside except the patient. Service is very bad. This ER doesn't even deserve 1 star. Waiting room is dirty, bathroom is also dirty.
