I love this hospital ♥️♥️♥️♥️ I live in Elmhurst so I went there for my 14 years old daughter and there is a nurse named arona in pediatric .she sooo kind and nice everything is soo beautiful they also gives so many toys for free they gave my daughter 4 Legos, squishie mellows, drowning, art stuff and a kit my daughter stays there for 4 days and it was really good 👍 😊 💖
My daughter had a very high fever (102) for three days with a severe headache. We went to this hospital’s ER seeking urgent care. We waited over 4 hours without being seen by a doctor. During the wait, I repeatedly asked staff how much longer it would take, but no one could give a clear answer or explanation. There was no sense of urgency, communication, or concern for a sick child. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this ER to families needing timely care.
