Staff members I met are all super friendly and helpful. Even though the ED was chaotic, the medical team took very good care of my dad who was here for a severe heart condition. My dad got treatment quickly. I was super worried at first, but after staying here in the hospital for a few days I knew my dad was in good hands. Appreciate all the hard work and dedication of hospital. Thank you NY Presbyterian.
It takes more than 5 hours in emergencies to attend to a child under two years old. And there are not so many people, it seems to me a lack of empathy.
Love, love, love, NYPQ. What other choice is there? Flushing? Hell no. Jamiaca? Definitely not. Elmhurst....only way you're taking me in or out of there is in a body bag!
